


The goal of the project was to an attractive infographic and interactive eLearning course for Tellotech employees to define how productivity levels are measured and what techniques/approaches can improve productivity in a call center environment.
The target audience would be Tellotech’s new and current phone trainees and operators. Some of the trainees will have little to no reception and/or switchboard skills. Also, the current phone operators have no formalized reception and switchboard training. In addition, some of the trainees may have heard and/or visual impairments, as well as cogitative and mobile disabilities. With this information, the course would need to meet universal design standards and be accessible to all types of learners.
